Pass & Ticket Holder Policies
Tickets purchased online can be picked up no earlier than 30 minutes prior to the screening start time at the venue of the screening.
Please arrive early to screenings. Due to capacity restrictions at some venues, tickets and passes do not guarantee admittance. All admission to screenings, except the Opening Night films*, is first come, first served. Doors open at least 15 minutes prior to all screenings. All audience members must leave the theater following each screening. Saving seats between shows is not permitted.
*Admission to Opening Night films is by priority seating: VIP pass holders will be admitted first starting at 15 minutes prior to the screening time. Once all VIP pass holders have entered the theater, then All-Access pass holders will be admitted next. All other ticket holders will be admitted after these priority lines have entered or at 10 minutes prior to film screening time. Entrance by line and seating thereafter is first come first served, so get in line early!
