Volunteer
We’re always looking for a helping hand with the planning and logistics of the festival and other year-round events. We also need volunteers to help at the festival itself! Relevant experience and a general appreciation for the movies will come in handy, but are not required.

Food Vendors
Watching movies all day really works up an appetite! Food vendors who want to join the Tallahassee Film Festival event can find more details and apply below.
Food vendor spaces are available at the festival, Saturday, September 27, 2025, at Kleman Plaza in Downtown Tallahassee. Your business will have a chance to reach festival patrons attending from Tallahassee and the Big Bend region. It will also reach attendees from around the country. They will enjoy some of your delicious food options. This also supports the local arts and film scene. Each food truck menu is unique. Yours would be a great addition to the festival and a highlight for attendees!
- Sales Opportunities: Generate revenue from hungry festival attendees, and local foot traffic.
- Marketing & Promotion: TFF promotes the festival on all our social media and our website. Reach thousands of potential customers online before the in-person event.
- Target Audience and Networking: Connect with other food vendors, event organizers, filmmakers, and attendees.
- Featured Vendor Listing: Have your food truck or vendor table/cart highlighted on the festival website and select promotional materials.
Food Vendor Event Details
- Food trucks will be parked in a space along S Duval St or W College Ave in the drive up next to the Challenger Learning Center IMAX
- Vendors with tables or carts will have use of a paved uncovered space in Kleman Plaza
- Tents are available upon request and subject to availability
- Available timeframes are Saturday, September 27, 2025 (timeframes include setup)
10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
4:00 PM – 9:00 PM - All requests are subject to approval by the Tallahassee Film Festival. Spaces are limited and approval is not guaranteed.
- Vendor fee: $50 per timeframe (due upon application approval)
