Discounted Room Rates for the Festival
Billing
All guests will be required to present a valid credit card at check-in for guarantee of payment. Guests are responsible for settling all charges to their room prior to departure.
Cancellations
Cancel your reservation at least 48-hours before 4:00 PM of your check-in date, or the hotel may charge a penalty of one night’s room fee plus any applicable taxes.
Arrival & Departure Times
The check-in time is after 4:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Room assignments prior to that time are on an availability basis. During high periods of occupancy, rooms may not be available upon arrival. Rooms will be made available for check-in as soon as possible. Complimentary luggage storage is available for early arrivals.
Parking
The DoubleTree will provide overnight parking at a rate of $34.00 per day per car for self-parking and $36.00 per day per car for valet parking. Attendees not staying overnight will be charges the above rates each time they exit the garage. Note: Additional fees apply past 12:00 PM on the day of departure for overnight hotel guests.
