Twice as Nice: The Legend of Charlie Ward

30 years ago, Florida State quarterback Charlie Ward became the school’s first Black starting quarterback and first Heisman Trophy winner. The Thomasville, Georgia native was also a four-year starting point guard for the Florida State basketball team, and will forever be remembered as one of the greatest college athletes of all-time.
