Death Reigns comes from Randall Kendrick, the director of The Steel Garden, which won best documentary at the Hub City Film Festival and an honorary award from the mayor of Brownsville, TN. He is a Tennessee based filmmaker dedicated to documenting the outsiders within the Bible Belt and shining a light on their stories and struggles within its culture.
