About the Filmmaker
Katarina is a filmmaker and actor based in NYC. She graduated from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts in 2018 with a BFA in acting. She spent her primary years focused on acting training before pivoting to academic semesters to further explore her interests in film and creative writing. After graduating, she fostered these interests by making her own short films. Most recently, she was selected as an inaugural fellow for the Women in Film Shorts Lab supported by Google. Her short premiered at the 2022 New Hampshire Film Festival.
