The Tallahassee Film Festival appreciates and needs your support. We are the premier citywide film festival in Florida’s Panhandle and an all-volunteer 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Your proceeds will go towards the mission of the Tallahassee Film Festival. They will support future film screenings and events. Friends Of The Fest
Individuals known as Friends of the fest choose to help us celebrate the cinematic arts. They support our mission with generous contributions. These contributions start at $500 or above. Friends get two VIP passes to the annual festival. They also get a custom-designed festival year t-shirt. Additionally, their names are recognized on our website and/or in our printed program. Use the donation form above on the page or contact us for details.
T-shirts will arrive in 4 to 6 weeks or can be picked up at the festival along with passes. Include your t-shirt style and size in the Instructions box when you check out. Specify Unisex or Women’s cut. Add your size, choosing from S, M, L, XL, or 2XL.
Passes will be available at the TFF Box Office during the Festival dates. Alternatively, you can get them at Will Call before the show.
Be sure to give your name. Enter it the way you want it to show on the website. Also, make sure it is correct for the printed materials.
Volunteer
We’re always looking for a helping hand with the planning and logistics of the festival and other year-round events. We also need volunteers to help at the festival itself! Relevant experience and a general appreciation for the movies will come in handy, but are not required.

Food Vendors
Watching movies all day really works up an appetite! Food vendors who want to join the Tallahassee Film Festival event can find more details and apply below.
Food vendor spaces are available at the festival, Saturday, September 27, 2025, at Kleman Plaza in Downtown Tallahassee. Your business will have a chance to reach festival patrons attending from Tallahassee and the Big Bend region. It will also reach attendees from around the country. They will enjoy some of your delicious food options. This also supports the local arts and film scene. Each food truck menu is unique. Yours would be a great addition to the festival and a highlight for attendees!
- Sales Opportunities: Generate revenue from hungry festival attendees, and local foot traffic.
- Marketing & Promotion: TFF promotes the festival on all our social media and our website. Reach thousands of potential customers online before the in-person event.
- Target Audience and Networking: Connect with other food vendors, event organizers, filmmakers, and attendees.
- Featured Vendor Listing: Have your food truck or vendor table/cart highlighted on the festival website and select promotional materials.
Food Vendor Event Details
- Food trucks will be parked in a space along S Duval St or W College Ave in the drive up next to the Challenger Learning Center IMAX
- Vendors with tables or carts will have use of a paved uncovered space in Kleman Plaza
- Tents are available upon request and subject to availability
- Available timeframes are Saturday, September 27, 2025 (timeframes include setup)
10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
4:00 PM – 9:00 PM - All requests are subject to approval by the Tallahassee Film Festival. Spaces are limited and approval is not guaranteed.
- Vendor fee: $50 per timeframe (due upon application approval)
